Participants will explore the concept of eco grief, its causes, and its effects on individuals and communities. Through personal reflections and group discussions, attendees will learn coping strategies and ways to find hope and resilience in the face of ecological loss. The session will also highlight the importance of community support and activism in addressing eco grief and fostering a sense of empowerment and agency in the Anthropocene era.

Understanding that the term eco anxiety can be very limiting for people and a range of emotions in response to this crisis is valid. It’s how we act on them which is important.
