What You Get With Your Ticket Purchase
RAYS 2025 ticket purchasers will enjoy full access to all summit sessions, keynotes, workshops, and breakout activities, along with a welcome kit featuring exclusive materials and merchandise. They will also be provided with lunch and coffee breaks during the summit. Attendees will have access to Day 1 of Rainforest World Music Festival, excursions and social events, and will gain access to digital resources and e-certificates.

Terms & Conditions for Exclusive Complimentary Delegate Accommodation Support.
1. Check-in & Check-out: Delegates must check in on June 17 and check out on June 21 unless prior notice is given. If you are arriving later or leaving earlier, you must inform us in advance.
2. Non-Transferable: The accommodation is strictly for the assigned delegate and cannot be transferred, exchanged, or resold. Verification will be conducted at check-in.Check-in & Check-out: Delegates must check in on June 17 and check out on June 21 unless prior notice is given. If you are arriving later or leaving earlier, you must inform us in advance.
3. Room Assignment: Delegates will be assigned to twin-sharing rooms with a same-gender roommate. Roommate preferences cannot be guaranteed.
4. Additional Charges: Any extra charges (e.g., minibar, laundry, room service, damages) will be the delegate’s responsibility and must be settled directly with the hotel before check-out.
5. Incidental Deposits: Some hotels may require a refundable security deposit upon check-in, which must be paid by the delegate. This amount will be refunded upon check-out, subject to hotel policies.
6. Changes & Cancellations: If a delegate fails to check in without prior notice, their accommodation support may be revoked and they may be ineligible for future RAYS initiatives.
7. Extension or Upgrades: Delegates who wish to extend their stay or upgrade their room will need to arrange and cover the costs directly with the hotel.
8. Compliance with Hotel Rules: Delegates must adhere to the hotel’s policies, including check-in/check-out times, noise levels, and guest regulations.
9. Liability: RAYS 2025 is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings during the stay. Delegates are encouraged to take care of their valuables.
10. Summit Participation Requirement: Delegates receiving accommodation support must attend the summit sessions as scheduled. Failure to participate may result in removal from the accommodation list and future eligibility for RAYS initiatives.
