This ticket is a revocable license that permits the holder entry to Rainforest Youth Summit 2025 ("the Event").The ticket holder must follow all venue rules and event staff instructions.The organizer reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any attendee who is deemed to be disorderly, intoxicated, using abusive language, or breaching any venue regulations.Bags and personal items are subject to security checks.
All ticket purchases are final.No refunds or exchanges will be issued for any reason, including no-shows, illness, travel issues, or weather conditions.In the case of event postponement, tickets will be valid for the new date.
Tickets are non-transferable unless written permission is obtained from the organizer at least 7 days before the event.
Ticket holders may not record, reproduce, or transmit any part of the Event (photos, videos, audio) for commercial use without prior consent.By attending, you give Memories Entertainment and its partners the right to use your image or likeness in any event-related content, photos, videos, or promotional materials.
All rights to content, branding, and materials associated with the Event remain the exclusive property of the event organizer or its partners.
By entering the event, you accept all risks associated with participation, including loud sounds, strobe lights, large crowds, weather conditions, or any incidents before, during, or after the event.If you feel unwell or are affected by any activity at the event, please seek help from event staff immediately.
Tickets may not be used for promotions, giveaways, or advertising without written permission from Memories Entertainment.Tickets cannot be resold above face value or in violation of any laws.
Any unauthorized chargebacks or payment disputes will be pursued.If payment is not resolved after a formal notice, the organizer may assign the matter to collections or legal channels, and you may be liable for additional legal or administrative costs.
