This session combines gentle yoga poses with soothing sound vibrations to promote relaxation and mindfulness. Activities: Guided yoga session focusing on gentle stretches and breathwork, followed by a sound bath using Tibetan singing bowls and other instruments to create a calming atmosphere.
Participants will learn practical techniques for managing stress and maintaining mental well-being amidst their activist work. They will also discover how yoga and sound therapy can be effective tools for self-care and resilience building.
