Stories We Tell Ourselves: A Journey Through Storytelling 1

Program Starts at:

2:00 pm

Program ends at:

3:30 pm

Program Description:

This storytelling workshop invites participants on a transformative journey to explore the narratives that shape their lives and the world around them. Through interactive exercises and guided reflections, attendees will examine the stories they tell themselves about their past, present, and future. They will discover how these narratives can either inspire and empower them as changemakers or limit their potential. By embracing the role of the hero in their own stories, participants will learn how to rewrite their narratives, unlocking their full potential and becoming catalysts for positive change in their lives and communities. This workshop will empower participants to harness the power of storytelling to create a happier, more meaningful, and more impactful world. What story do you tell yourself about your life? About the environment around you? Is it a story that inspires you, that makes you feel alive as a Human and a Changemaker? Or a story that limits you, that holds you back? What if we were able to free ourselves from the stories that limit us and instead become the Heroes of your own story?

Learning Outcomes:

Engage in self-reflection to identify the stories they tell themselves about their lives and the world, gaining insights into how these narratives influence their thoughts, emotions, and actions. Learn how storytelling can empower them to overcome challenges, embrace their strengths, and inspire positive change in themselves and others. Explore techniques for transforming limiting narratives into empowering stories, unlocking their potential to become heroes of their own stories. Discover the art of impactful storytelling to effectively communicate ideas, inspire others, and create a more connected and compassionate world.
